Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Greet walk-in customers and handle sales enquiries professionally
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and offers clearly
Arrange and conduct test drives for prospective customers
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
Follow up with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Maintain customer data and lead records in CRM / DMS
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and RTO departments for documentation
Ensure timely vehicle delivery and explain post-sales procedures
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Participate in showroom promotions, events, and road shows
Handle customer objections and ensure high customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Convincing and negotiation skills
Customer-focused approach
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, email)
Ability to work under targets and pressure
