Job Description
We’re hiring an Accountant to keep our numbers clean, organised, and updated. If you’re someone who enjoys working with spreadsheets, understands restaurant expenses, and can maintain accurate daily records, this role is for you.
What you’ll do:
Maintain daily sales, purchase, and expense entries
Track vendor payments and receivables
Prepare basic financial reports and summaries
Coordinate with outlet managers for bills and stock updates
Handle GST filing support and communicate with auditors
Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in Excel
Who we’re looking for:
Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, sheets management)
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Experience in restaurant accounting is a bonus
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
