Job Description – CNC Fabric Cutter Machine Operator Position: CNC Fabric Cutter Machine Operator Department: Production Location: Tirupur Job Summary: The CNC Fabric Cutter Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the CNC cutting machine to cut fabrics accurately as per the design and production requirements. The operator must ensure smooth machine running, maintain quality, and follow safety standards. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Operate the CNC fabric cutting machine safely and efficiently. • Load fabric rolls/sheets onto the machine correctly. • Set machine parameters based on cutting designs and production plans. • Monitor cutting operations and ensure accuracy and quality. • Check cut pieces to confirm correct size, shape, and quality. • Identify and report any machine issues or defects. • Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning. • Follow safety rules and maintain a clean working area. • Coordinate with supervisors and production team for daily targets. ________________________________________ Required Skills & Qualifications: • Basic understanding of CNC machine operation (fabric cutting preferred). • Ability to read simple measurements and design instructions. • Knowledge of machine safety and handling. • Good attention to detail and accuracy. • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in cutting or machine operations (preferred). • Ability to work in shifts if required.
