Job Description – BPO Voice Process Position: BPO Voice Process Executive Location: Tirupur Department: Customer Support Job Summary: We are looking for a polite, confident, and customer-friendly Voice Process Executive. The candidate will handle incoming and outgoing calls, support customers, solve their problems, and provide correct information. Key Responsibilities: • Handle customer calls in a polite and professional manner • Provide correct information and support for customer enquiries • Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively • Update customer details in the system • Follow call scripts, company policies, and procedures • Maintain good communication and service quality • Escalate complex issues to seniors when needed • Work with the team to achieve daily and monthly targets Requirements: • Good communication skills (Tamil & Malayalam / Tamil & Telugu / Tamil & Kannadam) • Basic computer knowledge • Ability to handle customer calls calmly and professionally • Willingness to work in shifts if required
