We are looking for a smart and dedicated Office Staff to join our Insurance / Financial Service Office.
???? Qualification:
Degree (Any discipline)
Minimum 1 year of experience in office/admin/customer service roles (Insurance/Finance field preferred)
???? Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing & processing insurance and financial service documents
Customer interaction & follow-up via phone and email
Data entry, filing and handling client records
Coordinating with insurance companies / financial institutions
Supporting daily office operations
???? Skills Required:
MS Office (Word, Excel)
Good communication skills
Ability to handle clients professionally
Fast learner and team player
