Job Description
Regional HR Recruiter (Work from Home) Female
Looking for Experienced Female Graduates in Recruitment for Regional HR Recruiter Position- with excellent English communication - Work from Home -Immediate Joiners.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Location: Remote
Salary: 8000 to 15000
Language - Mor than two languages
Role & responsibilities :-
1. Job Posting & Candidate Screening:
Publish job advertisements on online portals, social media, and relevant platforms.
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on pre-determined criteria.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability and availability.
2. Interview Coordination:
Schedule physical interviews with shortlisted candidates in coordination with HR team manager.
Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding interview schedules and requirements.
Prepare and share interview logistics with candidates, including location, time, and interviewer details.
3. Follow-Up & Communication:
Follow up with candidates post-interview to gather feedback and keep them informed of the selection process.
Requirements
1. Must be a Graduate along with minimum 2 years recruitment experience.
2. Need to have excellent communication skill.
3. Must have knowledge of screening and sourcing.
