The role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and vehicle inspections. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults accurately. Carry out servicing and part replacements as per company standards. Handle EV systems, batteries, and charging components safely. Maintain tools, equipment, and the workshop in proper condition. Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and safety guidelines. Record service details and job completion reports accurately. Support the service team in achieving workshop targets and customer satisfaction.
