RECOVERY MANAGER Job Opening in Mettupalayam

1. Material Recovery & Follow-up • Follow up with clients/site engineers for the return of rented building materials and centering items. • Ensure materials are returned within the agreed rental period. • Coordinate with field staff for collection and site visits. • Identify overdue recoveries and initiate escalation steps. ________________________________________ 2. Inventory & Documentation • Maintain accurate records of issued and returned materials. • Update daily movement registers / ERP / stock sheets. • Prepare recovery reports, pending statements, and shortage reports. • Verify and document material shortages, damages, or replacements. ________________________________________ 3. Client Coordination • Communicate politely and professionally with contractors, site supervisors, and billing teams. • Clarify rental terms, material responsibility, and recovery schedules. • Handle disputes regarding shortages, damage, or rental billing. ________________________________________ 4. Loss Prevention & Control • Inspect returned materials and ensure proper quality and quantity checks. • Report missing, damaged, or unusable materials to management. • Support measures to reduce material loss and improve recovery efficiency. ________________________________________ 5. Operational Support • Coordinate with warehouse teams for loading/unloading and stock updates. • Support the accounts team with recovery-related billing or debit notes. • Prepare weekly/monthly recovery performance reports. ________________________________________ 6. Legal Follow-up & Case Handling (New Section as required) • Ensure all rental agreements, delivery challans, and return challans are properly signed and documented. • Conduct strict follow-up for overdue material returns and unresolved shortages. • If customers fail to respond, refuse to return materials, or avoid payment, initiate legal actions as per company procedures. • Prepare all supporting documents required for issuing legal notices or filing police complaints/civil recovery cases. • Coordinate with legal advisors for case filing and follow-up. • Maintain complete evidence, communication logs, and documentation for legal proceedings. Required Qualifications & Skills • Any Degree / Diploma preferred. • Minimum 3–4 years’ experience (added advantage if from building materials, centering materials, or rental industry). • Strong communication and follow-up skills. • Knowledge of stock handling, material types, and site operations. • Basic computer knowledge (Excel / WhatsApp / ERP preferred). • Ability to travel to sites when required. ________________________________________ Key Competencies • Strong follow-up and negotiation ability • Good record keeping & documentation skills • Problem-solving attitude • Time management • Accountability & discipline
