Job Description
Hotel Experianced candidates prefferable. Client management: Act as the primary point of contact, build and maintain client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales and business development: Identify new sales opportunities, promote and sell products or services, negotiate deals, and achieve sales quotas.
Financial record-keeping: Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements, and maintain the general ledger.
Reporting and analysis: Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, and analyze financial data.
Project coordination: Develop project proposals, ensure projects are completed within scope and on time, and coordinate with internal teams.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with accounting software like Tally ERP.
Ability to manage multiple accounts.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is often required.
