Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, confident, and well-spoken Customer Relations Executive(Telecaller) to join our Ayurveda wellness clinic.
If you enjoy talking to people and helping them find the right wellness solutions, this role is perfect for you!
Job Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls politely and professionally
Explain our Ayurveda treatments, therapies, and wellness programs to clients
Schedule appointments and follow up with leads
Maintain records of calls and client details
Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
Requirements
Good communication skills (Malayalam must; English/Hindi an added advantage)
Pleasant and friendly voice
Ability to convince clients and explain services clearly
Basic computer knowledge
Previous tele calling or customer service experience preferred (not mandatory)
Working Hours
Full-time | Day shift (clinic hours)
