Job Description
Handle airline ticket reservations, reissuance, cancellations, and fare calculations.
Manage GDS systems such as Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre.
Provide clients with the best available flight options and travel advice.
Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
Support visa and travel documentation processes when required.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and client communications.
Requirements
Diploma or certification in Travel & Tourism / IATA preferred.
1–3 years of experience in airline ticketing or reservations (freshers with training also welcome).
Proficiency in GDS systems (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, etc.).
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam; Hindi or Arabic is an advantage.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and a customer-first attitude.
