We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Person to join our team at Shree Amman TVS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling TVS two-wheelers, handling customer inquiries, maintaining relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom with a friendly and professional attitude. Explain TVS vehicle models, specifications, features, and finance options clearly. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and accessories. Conduct product demonstrations and test rides for customers. Generate and follow up on sales leads through phone calls, walk-ins, and referrals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Coordinate with the finance and insurance teams for customer approvals. Maintain proper customer records, inquiries, and follow-up details. Handle post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Participate in promotional activities, display setups, and local marketing campaigns. Requirements: Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate (any discipline). Experience: 0–3 years in automobile sales preferred (freshers with good communication skills can also apply). Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Tamil and basic English. Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude. Ability to work with targets and perform under pressure.
