Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Multilingual Cold Calling Agent to join our team. You will drive outbound calls, generate leads, and support customers across multiple languages. A basic understanding of IT products is a plus.
What You’ll Do:
Make outbound cold calls and follow up on leads.
Handle inbound customer queries professionally.
Explain products/services clearly and build strong customer relationships.
Maintain accurate records in CRM.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication skills in [English, Hindi].
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.
Customer-focused with good interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in sales, tele calling, or support is preferred.
Communication skills in Malayalam would be an added advantage.
