Job Summary We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals for the role of Field Engineer (Techno-Commercial). You will be the face of our company, responsible for introducing our advanced automation products to customers, from the initial site survey to the final installation and service. --- Key Responsibilities · Site Survey & Technical Assessment: Conduct on-site visits to assess customer requirements, understand site conditions, and determine the feasibility of installing automation products. · Customer Education & Product Demonstration: Educate potential customers on the features, benefits, and operation of our products, including Smart Switches, Automatic Gates, and Motorized Curtains. · Lead Generation & Sales Support: Proactively identify and generate new sales leads through field visits, referrals, and customer interactions. Support the sales team in converting leads into orders. · BOQ Preparation: Prepare accurate and competitive Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and technical proposals for clients. · Installation & Service: Perform or supervise the installation, configuration, and commissioning of automation systems. Provide reliable after-sales service and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction. · Reporting: Maintain regular reports on site surveys, lead status, installations, and service activities.
