As a Tele-Caller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a crucial role in generating interest and driving sales for our innovative automation products. Key Responsibilities
· Lead Generation: Proactively make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases and generated lists to create new sales leads.
· Conversion: Effectively explain product features and benefits, handle objections, and persuade potential customers to book site surveys or sales demonstrations.
· Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects, understanding their needs, and providing excellent pre-sales support.
· Target Achievement: Work diligently towards achieving and exceeding daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
· Data Management: Accurately record customer information, call details, and lead status in the CRM system or tracking sheets.
· Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
