Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Sales Executive with experience in sales and a basic understanding of digital marketing to join our fast-growing education technology team. The ideal candidate will play an important role in driving product awareness and student enrollments for our flagship education and career guidance platform, INSIGHT 360.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads by promoting INSIGHT 360 to schools, students, and parents
Execute sales campaigns for admissions, webinars, and online products
Use WhatsApp, email, and social media for basic digital outreach
Respond to customer inquiries and schedule counseling appointments
Assist in organizing school visits, events, and presentations
Keep records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups
Support the content and digital marketing team with on-ground feedback
Required Skills:
Experience in sales, tele-calling, or marketing (Edtech/education sector preferred)
Basic knowledge of digital marketing (e.g., WhatsApp/SMS/email campaigns, social media posts)
Good communication in Malayalam & English
Ability to handle targets, reporting, and basic CRM tools
Positive attitude, team player, willingness to learn
Eligibility:
Graduate/Plus two with relevant sales or marketing experience
Freshers with strong interest in sales and digital marketing can apply
