* *Job description* : · Directs customers by escorting them to the studio and suggesting items. · Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence, offering suggestions and opinions. · Maintain daily records of customers visiting the studio and follow up for sale. · Maintain and provide quality service to customers by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs · Studio display setting and coordinating with merchandisers for executing the same. · Daily display checking and remove out of stock. · Remove discontinued products & broken / damaged items from display. · Ensure the price tag and product description on displayed materials. · Maintain proper display checklist of studio · Stock list updating and setting the display Ensure mockups are rearranged on regular basis. · Generate studio sales through professional agents (Architect, Builders, Contractor, Designers & Engineer). · Support to achieve Sales Target from branches by coordinating. · Support marketing team in the development of pricing strategies to set suitable prices for products. · Ensure company profile (website, printed profile, magazine), brand catalogues (e-catalogue), pricelist etc. at the time of appointment. · Ensure customer see our e-Catalogue & services
