We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to spearhead the marketing efforts of our Entrance Coaching Centre, focusing on both digital and offline channels. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to attract and retain students, drive enrollment, and enhance brand awareness. Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our Entrance Coaching Centre, targeting prospective students and parents through digital and offline channels. Create and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, email, print, radio, and other relevant mediums. Manage the digital presence of the coaching center, including website optimization, content creation, social media management, and online advertising campaigns. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth. Utilize insights to refine marketing strategies and messaging. Collaborate with internal teams such as admissions, academic staff, and management to align marketing efforts with organizational goals and student needs. Plan and coordinate events, workshops, seminars, and other promotional activities to engage with students, parents, and educational institutions. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing metrics and analytics to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies for maximum ROI. Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various initiatives while maintaining cost-effectiveness. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in marketing, education industry, and digital technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into marketing efforts. Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, advertising agencies, vendors, and other external stakeholders to enhance the visibility and reach of the coaching center. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. Proven experience (X years) in marketing management, preferably in the education sector or related industry. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, techniques, and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing. Strong understanding of offline marketing channels such as print, radio, and event management. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and presentations. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation. Experience with Google Analytics or similar tools is desirable. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of developing innovative marketing campaigns. Proven leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Result-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving targets. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
