We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Kollam. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and closing sales deals over the phone or through online communication channels. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Responsibilities: Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media platforms. Contact potential clients to understand their needs, introduce our products/services, and provide relevant information to convert leads into sales opportunities. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using our CRM system. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to the sales manager. Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training sessions, workshops, and self-study. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Knowledge of the Kollam market and surrounding areas is a plus. Fluency in English and Malayalam languages.
