Responsibilities: Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Analyze data to identify opportunities for business expansion and growth. Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online research. Identify decision-makers and key influencers within target organizations. Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through effective communication, presentations, and follow-up activities. Understand client needs and requirements to propose tailored solutions and services. Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to showcase the company's products/services and value proposition. Address client objections and concerns to overcome barriers to sales closure. Proposal Development: Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts in collaboration with the sales team and management. Customize proposals to meet the specific needs and preferences of each client. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure contracts and agreements. Close sales deals and achieve revenue targets within designated timelines. Account Management: Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Industry Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and industry professionals. Represent the company professionally and promote brand awareness. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the [insert industry or sector] industry. Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and processes.
