As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, providing personalized assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit. Responsibilities: Guest Welcome: Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Provide assistance with check-in procedures, luggage handling, and escorting guests to their rooms or accommodations. Guest Assistance: Act as a liaison between guests and hotel staff, responding promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns. Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest satisfaction. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to guests, exceeding their expectations and creating memorable experiences. Anticipate guest needs and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure guest satisfaction. Reservations and Bookings: Assist guests with making reservations, bookings, and arrangements for dining, transportation, tours, and other services. Coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill guest requests accurately and efficiently. Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints, feedback, and special requests with professionalism and empathy. Listen actively to guest concerns, resolve issues promptly, and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction. VIP Services: Provide personalized services and amenities to VIP guests, including room upgrades, special requests, and VIP treatment. Ensure VIP guests receive the highest level of attention and care during their stay. Feedback Management: Solicit feedback from guests regarding their experience at the hotel, dining outlets, and services. Record guest feedback, complaints, and suggestions for continuous improvement and service enhancement. Event Coordination: Assist with the planning and execution of special events, functions, and group bookings. Coordinate event logistics, including room setup, catering, audiovisual equipment, and guest accommodations. Sales and Promotions: Promote hotel amenities, packages, and promotions to guests to increase revenue and occupancy rates. Encourage repeat business and loyalty through personalized service and tailored offers. Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including maintaining guest records, processing payments, and preparing reports. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of guest information in compliance with data protection regulations. Requirements: Proven experience (2-3 years) in a guest relations or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Proficiency in MS Office applications and reservation management systems. Diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
