We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Field Sales Executive in Thrissur. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting clients, and closing sales deals in designated geographical areas. Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and door-to-door canvassing. Build a pipeline of prospective clients to meet sales targets. Client Prospecting: Research and understand the needs, preferences, and requirements of prospective clients. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products or services. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty. Provide personalized assistance, advice, and solutions to address clients' needs and concerns effectively. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate sales terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals and secure orders. Handle objections and overcome resistance by highlighting the value proposition and benefits of our products or services. Sales Closure: Close sales deals in a timely manner and achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, facilitate repeat business, and generate referrals. Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to gather insights and identify opportunities for business growth. Provide feedback to the sales management team to inform strategic decision-making. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software or sales tracking tools. Prepare regular reports and updates for sales management on sales performance and progress. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and after-sales service. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and handle complaints in a professional and timely manner. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, specifications, and industry trends to effectively communicate product benefits and advantages to clients. Attend product training sessions and workshops as needed. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and other internal stakeholders to align sales strategies with business objectives. Share best practices, insights, and feedback to support team success. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus. Proven experience (2-3 years) in field sales, direct sales, or B2B sales roles, preferably in the relevant industry. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to sales prospecting and lead generation. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel within the assigned territory. Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client meetings and sales activities. Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions.
