We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive individual to join our team as an Operations Manager in Muvattupuzha. Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement. Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage operational budgets, including expenses related to staffing, supplies, equipment, and facilities. Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures to improve profitability without compromising quality or service. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines in all aspects of operations. Implement safety protocols and procedures to protect employees, customers, and the public from potential hazards. Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and pricing for goods and services. Monitor vendor performance and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term business strategies and goals. Contribute insights and recommendations based on operational data and market trends to support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is advantageous. Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality, retail, or service industry. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve operational excellence. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
