We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Relations Executive in Muvattupuzha. As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for our guests throughout their stay or visit, handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and facilitating positive interactions. Responsibilities: Guest Welcome and Check-in: Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism, providing a friendly and welcoming first impression. Assist guests with check-in procedures, including verifying reservations, processing paperwork, and issuing room keys. Guest Assistance: Act as a point of contact for guests throughout their stay, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously. Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, offering recommendations and assistance as needed. Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, striving to resolve them to the guests' satisfaction in a timely manner. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or management for further action. VIP and Special Guests: Extend personalized services and amenities to VIP guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met with attention to detail. Coordinate special arrangements or requests for special occasions, celebrations, or corporate events. Guest Feedback: Solicit feedback from guests regarding their experience, preferences, and suggestions for improvement. Document guest comments and reviews, and communicate them to the management team for evaluation and action. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Follow up with guests after their stay to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding issues or concerns. Front Desk Support: Assist the front desk team with administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and processing reservations or bookings. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all guest-related transactions and communications. Guest Recognition Programs: Implement and manage guest recognition and loyalty programs, acknowledging and rewarding repeat guests and loyal patrons. Maintain guest profiles and preferences to personalize their experience during future visits. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of guest areas and facilities to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to quality standards. Report any maintenance or cleanliness issues to the appropriate department for resolution. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B to coordinate guest services and ensure seamless experiences. Communicate effectively with colleagues to address guest needs and preferences. Requirements: Prior experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using hotel management software and MS Office applications. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
