Waste Disposal: Collect and dispose of trash and waste materials in designated bins and containers, ensuring proper separation of recyclables and organic waste. Replace trash bags and empty garbage bins as needed. Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize restroom facilities including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures. Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and hand towels as needed to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Window and Glass Cleaning: Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools to ensure streak-free and sparkling surfaces. Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and polish hard floors to remove dirt, stains, and scuff marks. Use floor buffers, scrubbers, or other equipment as necessary to maintain the appearance and condition of floors. Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, mops, and dusters, ensuring they are in good working condition and properly stored after use. Adherence to Safety Standards: Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries while performing cleaning tasks. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other cleaning staff and departmental teams to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning of the premises. Physical stamina and endurance to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
