Route Navigation: Familiarize yourself with assigned routes, destinations, and pickup/drop-off points, using GPS navigation systems or maps to ensure efficient navigation and timely arrivals. Plan routes in advance to avoid traffic congestion, road closures, or construction delays, and adjust routes as needed to accommodate passenger requests or changes in itinerary. Passenger/Cargo Transport: Transport passengers or cargo to their destinations safely and efficiently, assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking as needed. Ensure the comfort and well-being of passengers during transit, adjusting temperature controls, playing music, and providing assistance with luggage or belongings as requested. Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of company vehicles before and after each trip, checking for mechanical issues, fluid levels, tire pressure, and overall vehicle condition. Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate supervisor or maintenance team, and ensure that vehicles are promptly serviced and maintained in good working order. Customer Service: Provide courteous and professional service to passengers or clients, greeting them warmly, addressing any inquiries or concerns, and accommodating special requests to the best of your ability.
