Key Responsibilities: Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and support personnel. Monitor guest satisfaction levels, solicit feedback, and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience. Financial Management: Develop and manage restaurant budgets, including revenue targets, expenses, and profitability goals. Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and take corrective action as needed to achieve financial objectives. Implement cost-control measures to optimize operational efficiency and maximize profitability. Menu Development and Pricing: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients, customer preferences, and industry trends. Set menu prices based on food and beverage costs, market trends, and competitive analysis to ensure profitability while maintaining value for customers. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control processes, including ordering, receiving, storing, and tracking restaurant supplies, food items, and beverages. Conduct regular inventory audits to monitor stock levels, minimize waste, and prevent shortages or overages. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff. Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions to address any health or safety concerns. Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, increase brand awareness, and drive sales. Coordinate promotional events, special offers, and loyalty programs to incentivize repeat business and generate revenue. Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and business partners to ensure timely delivery of goods and services and negotiate favorable terms and agreements.
