As a Mobile Technician at our center, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile devices to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Job Description: As a Mobile Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing hardware and software issues, repairing damaged components, and performing maintenance tasks on various mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, and wearable devices. You will use your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail to deliver high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Inspect mobile devices to identify hardware and software issues, including but not limited to screen damage, battery issues, charging problems, software glitches, and connectivity issues. Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs and component replacements on mobile devices, including LCD screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port repairs, camera repairs, and motherboard repairs, following manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols. Software Updates and Installations: Install operating system updates, firmware updates, and software patches on mobile devices to ensure optimal performance and security compliance. Data Backup and Recovery: Assist customers with data backup and recovery services, transferring data between devices, recovering lost data, and troubleshooting data synchronization issues. Quality Control: Conduct quality checks and testing procedures on repaired devices to ensure proper functioning, alignment, and calibration of components, adhering to quality standards and specifications. Customer Service: Interact with customers to understand their device issues, provide repair estimates, explain repair procedures, and address any questions or concerns they may have, ensuring a positive customer experience. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of spare parts, tools, and equipment inventory, replenishing stock as needed, and organizing supplies to support efficient repair operations. Technical Documentation: Document repair procedures, service logs, and customer information accurately in electronic databases or repair tracking systems for record-keeping and tracking purposes. Training and Development: Stay updated on the latest mobile device technologies, repair techniques, and industry trends by participating in training programs, workshops, and certifications to enhance your skills and knowledge as a mobile technician. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines while handling mobile devices, tools, and equipment, including proper use of protective gear and safe handling practices to prevent accidents and injuries. Qualifications: Diploma or certification in electronics, mobile technology, or a related field. Previous experience as a mobile technician, cell phone repair technician, or similar role. Strong technical skills and knowledge of mobile device hardware and software. Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting mobile device issues. Experience with mobile device repair tools and equipment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
