Job Description: As a North Indian Chef, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting a variety of North Indian dishes with authenticity and creativity. Your primary objective will be to ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation while maintaining efficiency and consistency in kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities: Menu Planning: Collaborate with the management team to develop and update the North Indian menu, incorporating traditional dishes, regional specialties, and innovative creations. Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a wide range of North Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori items, biryanis, bread, and desserts, using authentic recipes, techniques, and spices. Ingredient Selection: Source fresh and high-quality ingredients, spices, and seasonings for North Indian cuisine, ensuring authenticity and flavor excellence. Recipe Development: Experiment with flavors, textures, and presentations to create new and innovative dishes while respecting the essence of North Indian culinary traditions. Kitchen Management: Manage and oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation, to maintain quality and consistency. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate kitchen staff, including cooks, helpers, and assistants, to ensure teamwork, efficiency, and adherence to standards. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of food preparation areas, equipment, and ingredients to ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
