Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative and on-trend services to clients. Requirements: Proven experience as a Beautician or Esthetician in a salon or spa environment. Proficiency in a wide range of beauty treatments and techniques, including facials, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, and makeup application. Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatment protocols for different skin types and conditions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs. Creativity and artistic flair in makeup application and beauty treatments. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment and manage appointments effectively.
