Laundry Washing Job Opening in Thrissur

The Laundry Washing Attendant will be responsible for operating washing machines, sorting laundry, and ensuring that all items are cleaned and sanitized according to company standards. Responsibilities: Sort laundry items based on color, fabric type, and washing instructions. Load and unload washing machines and dryers with laundry items. Select appropriate washing cycles, temperatures, and detergents based on laundry requirements. Operate washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently. Monitor washing and drying processes to ensure that all items are cleaned and dried properly. Inspect laundry items for stains, damages, or special treatment requirements. Treat stains and pre-soak heavily soiled items as needed. Fold and pack clean laundry items neatly and accurately. Iron and press garments, linens, and other items as required. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry area, including cleaning machines, floors, and surfaces. Follow all safety and hygiene procedures, including wearing protective gear and handling chemicals safely. Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and reporting shortages. Collaborate with other laundry staff and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
