Job Description: As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, generate leads, and facilitate sales. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with customers by providing information, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities: Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce our products/services and explain their features and benefits. Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, building rapport and trust to encourage sales. Follow scripts and talking points provided by the company to deliver consistent and effective sales pitches. Listen to customer concerns and address their questions or objections appropriately, providing accurate information and solutions. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer inquiries and promote upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Record customer details, interactions, and transactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and completeness. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas set by the company. Follow up with potential leads and prospects to nurture relationships and convert them into sales opportunities. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to coordinate efforts and support overall business objectives. Stay updated on product/service offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate and timely information to customers. Qualifications: Minimum qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers are also encouraged to apply. Excellent communication skills in the local language (Malayalam) and proficiency in English or any additional languages is a plus. Pleasant and persuasive communication style with the ability to engage customers and build rapport quickly. Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs and address their concerns effectively. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools is desirable. Results-driven mindset with a proactive and goal-oriented approach to sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
