Job Description: As an Office Staff member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our daily operations and contribute to the overall success of the company. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and packages. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff. Prepare and modify documents, including letters, memos, reports, and presentations. Update and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical. Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with other office staff to ensure efficient workflow and teamwork. Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Proven experience in an office environment or similar role is preferred but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure. Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
