Job Description: As an Inside Sales Staff member, you will play a crucial role in generating sales leads, nurturing customer relationships, and closing sales deals over the phone and online channels. You will work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, sales acumen, and a customer-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and identify sales opportunities. Respond to inbound inquiries and leads from various sources, including phone calls, emails, and website inquiries. Engage with customers to understand their needs, educate them about our products/services, and provide solutions tailored to their requirements. Qualify leads and opportunities based on customer needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority. Build and maintain relationships with customers through regular follow-ups, updates, and communication. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments, demos, and meetings with qualified leads. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding pricing, product specifications, and delivery options. Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and contracts to customers as needed. Track and update sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM software. Collaborate with marketing team to support lead generation and sales campaigns. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in inside sales or telesales, preferably in a similar industry or location. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone. Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Fluent in English and Malayalam languages. Knowledge of the local market in Wayanad and surrounding areas is preferred.
