This position involves building rapport with guests, addressing their needs and concerns, and coordinating with various departments to enhance their experience. Responsibilities: Guest Interaction and Assistance: Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly greeting, providing information about the establishment and its amenities. Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy of reservations and payment details. Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously, providing appropriate solutions or assistance. Relationship Building: Build rapport with guests by anticipating their needs, preferences, and expectations. Engage in personalized interactions with guests, taking note of special occasions, preferences, and feedback. Maintain regular communication with guests throughout their stay to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns. Coordination and Liaison: Coordinate with various departments such as housekeeping, front desk, and F&B to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues. Liaise with external service providers such as transportation companies, tour operators, and local attractions to arrange services and activities for guests. Special Services and Amenities: Arrange special services and amenities for guests such as room upgrades, welcome amenities, and special requests. Assist guests with arranging transportation, dining reservations, sightseeing tours, and other activities. Ensure that VIP guests and special occasions are acknowledged and handled with care and attention to detail. Feedback Management: Solicit feedback from guests about their experience and satisfaction levels, and take appropriate action to address any concerns or areas for improvement. Record and document guest feedback and preferences to facilitate future interactions and enhance guest loyalty. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate guest records and profiles in the property management system (PMS), including contact information, preferences, and special requests. Prepare reports and summaries of guest interactions, feedback, and satisfaction levels for management review. Requirements: Proven experience in a guest relations or customer service role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or resort setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds. Strong customer service orientation, with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations and create memorable experiences. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and property management systems (PMS). Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
