Ingredient Preparation: Source and procure fresh fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients needed for juice and smoothie preparation. Wash, peel, and prepare fruits and vegetables for juicing, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Juice Making: Operate juice extraction equipment, blenders, and other kitchen appliances to prepare juices and smoothies according to recipes and customer orders. Monitor quality and consistency of juice products, adjusting recipes and techniques as needed to maintain standards. Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and take their orders for juices, smoothies, and other beverages. Provide recommendations and suggestions to customers based on their preferences and dietary requirements. Prepare and serve beverages efficiently, ensuring prompt and accurate order fulfillment. Hygiene and Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the juice bar area, including countertops, equipment, and utensils. Follow food safety and sanitation protocols, including proper handling and storage of ingredients and adherence to hygiene standards. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of ingredients, supplies, and packaging materials, and replenish as needed. Keep track of product expiration dates and rotate stock to minimize waste. Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients and finished products to ensure freshness, taste, and appearance meet company standards. Address any issues or concerns regarding product quality or customer satisfaction promptly and professionally. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in food handling or culinary arts is a plus. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a juice bar, café, or restaurant setting. Knowledge of fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients used in juice and smoothie preparation. Familiarity with juicing equipment, blenders, and kitchen appliances. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
