Provide guidance and support to students in understanding PHP syntax, functions, data types, and object-oriented programming principles. Demonstrate real-world applications of PHP programming, including web development, database integration, and server-side scripting. Facilitate interactive learning experiences, engaging students through discussions, projects, and assignments to reinforce learning objectives. Assess student progress and performance through quizzes, tests, projects, and other evaluation methods, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement. Offer individualized support and assistance to students as needed, addressing questions, clarifying concepts, and troubleshooting issues. Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in PHP technology and web development frameworks, incorporating relevant updates into course content. Collaborate with other faculty members and departmental staff to enhance the quality and effectiveness of PHP courses and programs. Participate in faculty meetings, professional development activities, and program reviews to contribute to ongoing improvement and innovation in teaching and learning. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in PHP development, with in-depth knowledge of PHP frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony. Familiarity with web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL or other database systems. Strong understanding of software development principles, practices, and methodologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and effectively. Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring individuals in PHP programming is preferred but not required. Passion for education and a genuine interest in helping students succeed in their learning and career goals. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and supportive academic community. Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal.
