Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and offer assistance or recommendations. Monitor table turnover and maintain an awareness of guests' needs throughout their dining experience. Process payments accurately, handle cash and credit card transactions, and provide receipts to guests. Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas, including tables, chairs, and utensils. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing tables, cleaning spills, and resetting utensils. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a Waiter or in a customer service role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
