We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Juice Maker in Kozhikode. The Juice Maker plays a crucial role in preparing and serving delicious and refreshing juice beverages to our customers. This role requires proficiency in juice preparation techniques, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Prepare a variety of fresh fruit and vegetable juices, smoothies, and blended beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences. Wash, peel, and cut fruits and vegetables as needed for juicing, ensuring freshness, quality, and sanitation. Operate commercial juicing equipment, such as juicers, blenders, and extractors, safely and efficiently, following operating instructions and safety protocols. Customize juice orders based on customer preferences, including adjusting sweetness, thickness, and flavorings according to individual tastes. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the juice preparation area, including juicing stations, countertops, sinks, and equipment. Monitor inventory levels of fruits, vegetables, juices, and other ingredients, and communicate shortages or replenishment needs to the supervisor or manager. Clean and sanitize juicing equipment, utensils, and containers regularly, following sanitation protocols and guidelines. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, answering questions, and providing recommendations on juice selections and combinations. Process payments accurately, handle cash transactions, and reconcile receipts at the end of each shift, following cash handling procedures. Collaborate with other staff members and departments to ensure efficient operations and provide excellent customer service. Requirements: No formal education requirements; high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience as a Juice Maker, Barista, or in a similar role in a café, juice bar, or hospitality establishment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of different types of fruits, vegetables, and juices, with a passion for healthy and nutritious beverages. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing juice orders to meet customer demand. Strong attention to detail and a focus on consistency, flavor, and presentation in preparing juice beverages. Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and coworkers. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs. Positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality and customer experiences. Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, and lift and carry objects associated with juice preparation and service.
