We are currently seeking a motivated and target-driven individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Staff in Kollam. The Inside Sales Staff will be responsible for generating sales leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals through phone calls, emails, and other digital channels. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound sales calls to prospects to introduce company products or services, identify their needs, and qualify potential leads. Respond promptly and courteously to inbound inquiries and leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing accurate product information, answering questions, and addressing concerns. Present product demonstrations and presentations to prospects via phone or online meetings to showcase features, benefits, and value propositions. Identify sales opportunities and upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers to maximize revenue. Follow up on sales inquiries and leads in a timely manner to ensure a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to achieve sales targets. Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM software or other sales tracking tools. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth. Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in the B2B or technology industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone and through digital channels. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of closing sales and achieving sales targets. Ability to understand customer needs and pain points and tailor sales pitches to address their specific requirements. Proficiency in using CRM software, email, and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous improvement. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
