Perform a wide range of hair services, including haircuts, blowouts, coloring, highlights, balayage, straightening, and hair extensions. Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products through ongoing training and education. Use professional tools and equipment, such as scissors, razors, clippers, and styling products, to achieve desired hairstyles. Create and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting salon environment, including sanitizing equipment and workstations. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing personalized service, attentive care, and exceptional results. Up-sell additional salon services and retail products to clients to enhance their experience and generate additional revenue. Manage client appointments, scheduling, and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner. Collaborate with other salon team members, including beauticians, estheticians, and receptionists, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients. Requirements: Diploma or certification in Hairstyling, Cosmetology, or a related field. Proven experience as a hairstylist, preferably in a salon or spa environment. Strong knowledge of hair care techniques, trends, and products. Excellent technical skills in cutting, coloring, styling, and finishing hair. Creativity and artistic flair, with the ability to customize hairstyles to suit individual client preferences and features. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with clients. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Professionalism and reliability, with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
