As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the operations and management of our organization in Thrissur. You will work closely with the management team to ensure efficient daily operations, excellent customer service, and achievement of business goals. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to team members, including training, coaching, and performance management. Operational Management: Assist in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the business. Implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to maintain consistency and quality. Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Oversee inventory levels, replenishment, and stock rotation to optimize inventory management and minimize stockouts or overstock situations. Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and negotiate favorable terms and pricing. Financial Management: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to ensure sound financial management and cost control. Monitor expenses, revenue, and profitability metrics and take corrective actions as needed to achieve financial targets. Quality Assurance: Uphold quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies. Implement quality assurance measures and processes to maintain product/service quality and customer satisfaction. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports and analysis on key performance indicators, operational metrics, and business trends for management review. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in retail, hospitality, or a similar industry. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and financial analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
