The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for the organization. Key Responsibilities: Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends. Analyze market data, competitor strategies, and customer needs to develop targeted sales approaches. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target market segments. Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and other sales prospecting methods. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand client needs, preferences, and pain points to tailor solutions and proposals accordingly. Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospects. Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience working in business development, sales, or related roles. Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Self-motivated and proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. Knowledge of the local market and industry landscape in Kannur (preferred).
