The Inside Sales Staff will play a key role in generating revenue by proactively reaching out to potential customers, qualifying leads, and converting them into sales opportunities. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Prospecting: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other outreach efforts to identify and qualify potential customers within the assigned market or target demographic. Research and gather information about prospective clients, including their needs, preferences, and buying behavior, to tailor sales pitches and solutions accordingly. Product or Service Presentation: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of the company's products or services to potential customers. Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations, demonstrations, or pitches to showcase the benefits and advantages of the offerings. Relationship Building and Consultative Selling: Build rapport and establish trust with prospects through active listening, empathy, and understanding of their business challenges and goals. Conduct needs assessments and consultative discussions to uncover customer pain points and align solutions to their specific requirements. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline opportunities using the company's CRM system or sales tracking tools. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and proposals in a timely manner to nurture relationships and progress deals through the sales cycle. Quota Achievement and Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals set by the sales management team. Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing customer accounts to maximize sales revenue and customer lifetime value. Collaboration and Teamwork: Coordinate with the sales team, marketing department, and other internal stakeholders to align sales strategies, campaigns, and messaging for optimal results. Share best practices, insights, and feedback with colleagues to enhance overall sales performance and effectiveness. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience (X years) in inside sales, telesales, or a similar sales role, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment. Strong sales aptitude and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively. Customer-centric mindset, with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. Familiarity with CRM systems, sales tools, and productivity software for managing leads, contacts, and sales activities. Resilience, persistence, and a proactive approach to overcoming objections and closing deals. Adaptability to evolving business needs, market dynamics, and product/service offerings. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to accommodate customer schedules and sales activities.
