Adhere to regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and company policies in all client interactions and financial advisory activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. (Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CFP, CFA, or ChFC preferred) Proven experience (X years) working as a financial advisor, wealth manager, or investment consultant, with a successful track record of building and managing client relationships. Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, tax laws, retirement planning strategies, and wealth management principles. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze financial data, assess risk, and develop sound financial plans. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms and build rapport with clients. Proficiency in using financial planning software, investment analysis tools, and CRM systems. Strong sales and negotiation skills to effectively communicate the value proposition of financial products and services to clients.
