We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Wheel Alignment Technician to join our team in Palakkad. Inspect and adjust other alignment-related components such as wheel bearings, tie rods, and control arms as needed. Perform test drives and road tests to verify proper alignment and vehicle handling after adjustments. Educate customers on the importance of wheel alignment and recommend additional services or repairs as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the alignment area, including equipment, tools, and workspaces. Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries in the alignment shop. Proven experience (X years) working as a wheel alignment technician or in a similar role, preferably in an automotive service center or repair shop. Strong knowledge of wheel alignment principles, procedures, and equipment. Familiarity with alignment specifications for various vehicle makes and models. Ability to use alignment equipment and computerized systems to accurately measure and adjust wheel alignment angles. Attention to detail and precision in performing alignment adjustments to achieve proper alignment. Physical stamina and dexterity to lift and maneuver heavy vehicle components and equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose alignment issues and recommend appropriate adjustments.
