The Two-Wheeler Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining motorcycles, scooters, and other two-wheeled vehicles. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake adjustments, and tire replacements on two-wheeled vehicles. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment. Repair and replace faulty components and systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems. Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades. Test ride vehicles to ensure proper performance and functionality after repairs. Maintain accurate records of all services performed, including parts used and labor hours. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers, addressing their concerns, and providing recommendations for vehicle maintenance and repair. Keep work area clean, organized, and in compliance with safety regulations. Stay up-to-date with advancements in two-wheeler technology, tools, and techniques through ongoing training and professional development. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical education or certification in two-wheeler mechanics is preferred. Proven experience (X years) working as a two-wheeler mechanic, preferably in a reputable service center or dealership. Strong knowledge of two-wheeler mechanics, including engine systems, electrical systems, and suspension systems. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and diagnose problems accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively as part of a team. Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to customers in a clear and understandable manner. Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects and bending or stooping for extended periods. Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols and procedures. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if required).
