We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets within a designated territory. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory. Identify and prospect potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions to meet those needs. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close sales deals and maximize opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives. Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and documentation using CRM software or other designated tools. Participate in trade shows, industry events, and other networking opportunities to promote products/services and expand the customer base. Travel within the territory to meet with customers, attend meetings, and conduct sales activities as required. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while representing the organization professionally at all times. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. (Preferred) Proven track record of success in field sales or a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track performance, and generate reports. Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as needed. Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Knowledge of the industry and relevant products/services is a plus. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
