We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, and driving sales growth in assigned territories. Responsibilities: Prospect and identify potential customers in assigned territories through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other lead generation methods. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales pitches to prospects, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions of our products/services. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, preferences, and buying behavior, and providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements. Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and objectives, including setting sales quotas, forecasting sales volumes, and tracking performance metrics. Generate and follow up on sales leads and inquiries, qualifying prospects, scheduling appointments, and conducting face-to-face meetings with decision-makers to close sales deals. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract agreements with customers, addressing objections, overcoming obstacles, and securing commitments to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to coordinate sales activities, resolve customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, competitor activities, and product enhancements, attending training sessions, workshops, and sales meetings as needed to enhance knowledge and skills. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, leads, opportunities, and revenue forecasts, using CRM software, sales reports, and tracking tools. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to sales management, providing insights, recommendations, and action plans for improvement. Uphold company values, policies, and ethical standards in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field preferred. Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role, with a minimum of [insert number of years] years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment. Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
