Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and financial targets, analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer service, to achieve business objectives, address challenges, and drive results. Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans, business initiatives, and growth strategies to expand market share, increase revenue, and achieve sustainable growth. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and procurement activities, coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective operations. Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, monitoring expenses, revenues, and profitability, and identifying opportunities to optimize costs and increase profitability. Conduct regular performance reviews, goal-setting sessions, and development discussions with team members, recognizing achievements and addressing performance issues proactively. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including health and safety regulations, labor laws, and industry standards. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape, conducting market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and networking forums to promote brand awareness, build relationships, and explore business opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
